Thousands Have Already Gained Help with Depression, Anxiety Relief, Anger Management & more
IN ONLY 3 SESSIONS with PST!
This is a unique method of therapy, that utilises a very different approach when it comes to permanently resolving the cause of emotional, mental, stress, health, and behavioural problems. Supported by the study of Affective Neuroscience, the method of Private Subconscious Therapy (PST) actually goes against popular belief when it comes to resolving peoples problems. We actually ask you NOT to talk about any present discomforts you may have. Anger, Anxiety, Depression etc. (as uncomfortable as they are) are only the symptoms, but they are there to let us know that SOMETHING NEEDS ATTENTION. And that is “An Unresolved Emotion”. THE CAUSE IS A FEELING, and it is a feeling that was “learned” in a negative way at some stage in your life.
But the Good News Is, Any Negative Learned Feelings can be “Re-Learned”
Because Your Subconscious Mind Knows How To Fix The Problem
When it comes to getting help for depression, relief for anxiety, anger management control, etc, it’s important to realise that these are just symptoms. And as uncomfortable as these symptoms are, talking about and analysing them may make you feel better temporarily, but it doesn’t resolve the cause.
The current state of peoples health and overall well-being, originates from the way they feel about themselves and the world around them and this is an subconscious feeling. Maybe you can recognise a feeling inside you that is getting in the way of your health and happiness or even holding you back from achieving your true potential. Well it’s that feeling that needs attention.
Listen to Past Clients Tell Their Story
What Is PST?
PST is the modern science of understanding the dynamic that really influences our current recognizable emotions and feelings. It is partly, but clearly, supported by the research of Affective Neuroscience which shows that we begin to learn our feeling responses and reactions in our infant days before we can talk, think and analyze things on a conscious level. These early learning’s are encoded into our subconscious mind and then carried forward into adult life as unconscious memory responses.
PST is also the study of how feelings and emotions, no matter how slight, have an influence over our physical and biological selves. Even though the foundational support behind PST is sound and definite, unfortunately it is not readily accepted by “mainstream views”, as mankind is so engrained with the notion that a person still needs to talk about and analyze their problems to fix them.
The common belief from society and more so professional psychotherapy, that the client needs to “tell their story”, “dredge up the past” or “face their demons” for healing to take place is not the view of PST therapists. We believe that this can often do more harm than good.
You Are More Capable of Getting Better Than You Think You Are!
Unique Approach: In PST, we don’t assess clients to see if they need an anger management course. We don’t offer specific help for depression or even focus on any other discomfort they may have. What we do is focus on resolving the affect cause behind the symptoms so it changes the way you feel about yourself. Meanwhile those discomforts you used to focus on improve significantly and even fade away completely. And that includes any accompanying negative thoughts as well.
The Cause is a Feeling: At some stage in your life you “learned to feel” uncomfortable which is more than likely causing similar recognisable symptoms like the ones mentioned above. Those symptoms are there to let you know that something needs attention. But this is the great thing about PST – Because you learned to feel uncomfortable, you can RE-learn to feel comfortable again. And believe it or not, you also have the inborn-natural-ability to do that. Our role as PST Practitioners, is to simply “guide you” to do your own healing by introducing you to new information that makes sense as to why you really feel the way you do, (and to your subconscious) for the necessary inner changes to take place.
The “No Talking” Approach: The study of affective neuroscience tells us that, as babies, we primarily learn and operate through our “feelings” with our subconscious mind and this is before we even start to learn to think with our yet-to-develop conscious analytical and rational mind. It is in this pre-verbal timeframe, of approximately 22 weeks into gestation and up until the age of about 18 months, that encoded feeling responses to events are creating what we call our Feeling Self. And because we are so young and haven’t yet learned to logically analyse events as good or bad , we can sometimes “perceive” an event as more frightening than we would if we were an adult.
Subconscious Encodings: Let’s say for instance that a baby experienced a dog barking loudly for the first time and it scared the infant to a frantic point of intense crying. Now, we know as adults that, this situation really wasn’t that bad because we have experienced a barking dog many times, but that experience was definitely negative and real to the infant at that time and subsequently, a “feeling memory” was encoded into the infants subconscious as a “negative-feeling-response”.
This is just one example of the many pre-verbal “feeling responses” that will be encoded into this particular infants subconscious, helping to create his or her emotional matrix. We are not saying that every infant who experiences a barking dog will have emotional problems, we are simply pointing out how our emotional matrix is formed, using the barking dog as an example.
Later in life, at around the age of 18 months, our conscious “thinking” mind starts to develop where we begin to analyse and rationalise events in a more logical way. But those original encodings that helped create our “emotional matrix”, go on to form substantial influences as to how we will react to situations in life (good and bad) from then on.
And, because PST is about changing any learnings of negative feelings, and because those early influential encodings are verbally inexplainable, we hope you can now understand, why we promote the “no talking” approach.
How could any “expert” possibly know the real cause? They couldn’t. And when you consider the above explanation, you should understand that you couldn’t “consciously” know either. The only expert that knows about any negative and inexplainable learnings is your subconscious “feeling” mind. Of course, we can also experience negative situations later in life, but we only experience them and perceive them in a certain way dependant on how our “feeling self” was created as infants.
Additionally, many past clients have related to this no talking approach, because they have tried other attempts at getting better and are actually sick of talking about their problems. And there are also some people who simply can’t explain why they feel the way they do. We have often heard past clients say, “There’s this uncomfortable feeling inside me, but I just can’t explain it”.
We greatly respect that you may have some presenting discomforts you’d like to resolve, but instead of focusing on the symptoms and analysing them, we explain about this method to you, so that you can gain an understanding of “what is happening” within your mind so you are then more likely to change what is happening in your mind. It is this unique approach of “no talking” that makes PST so successful.
